2019 Pajarito Reserva Red Blend

Pajarito Cabernet Sauvignon/Carménère/Cabernet Franc Red Blend is from Chile’s renowned Central Valley, one of the largest wine-making regions in the country which stretches from the Maipo Valley near Santiago to the Maule Valley. The vineyard is in an area known for its uniquely earthy note blends and this wine is no exception. Red wine aromas of raspberry and cherry are matched with smooth notes of coffee and pepper. On the palate, a balanced body carries flavors of plum, dark chocolate, and spice. Led by head winemaker Gonzalo Pérez Abarzúa, Cremaschi is an authentic family winery where the 5th generation blends their Italian heritage with over 125 years of winemaking tradition to produce dynamic Chilean wines.
