Pale straw yellow in the glass, this lovely Chenin Blanc opens with aromas of citrus fruit and ripe green apples. These fruit notes carry into a richly flavorful palate that leaves a crisp finish with hints of minerality.
While most Chenin Blanc is planted in South Africa today, the white variety is originally from France.
Best served chilled, Plein Soleil Chenin Blanc is fantastic as an aperitif or with a variety of dishes. Serve this with oysters, stone-grilled fish, pan-seared pork chops, corn on the cob, and herb-crusted goat cheese.
