Another encore to the award-winning 2017 vintage, Bayshore Vitners’ 2022 white blend exhibits bright citrus and apricot notes complemented by lavender and white flower aromas. It’s like sipping the orchard from which the grapes were grown! The California Coast lends an ideal combination of hot, sunny days with cool ocean breezes and even cooler nights. In this habitat, grapes thrive and benefit from nutrient-rich soils and ocean spray. The grapes are pressed and fermented to perfection when fully ripened from the natural climate. Pair this bright, fruity white wine with fresh fish and light summer salads. To bring forth those floral aromas, chill in the fridge for around thirty minutes before sipping in the garden on a sunny day.
