From very old vines in Navarra, this is a single vineyard old vine Grenache. The nose shows sweet red berry, minerals, raspberry, tar, and light earth, and pepper. The palate is light in weight with raspberry, cherry, minerals and pepper to keep everything honest. Park-approved... Situated in the town of Artazu, the site is organically farmed (no pesticides or herbicides are ever used) and features 25-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soil.
