This secondary aging process gives the whiskey a copper-brown color with a cabernet red hue, adds vanilla characteristics, and gives it a silky mouthfeel. The result is a rich and luxurious bourbon that exudes deep flavors of vanilla and toast, followed by notes of crème brûlée, and a long and complex finish with hints of spice.
