With a 95% rye mash bill, it's aged in charred white oak barrels like other super premium ryes. But then we go one step further, finishing our Rye in vintage rum casks. This marries the already complex spiciness of the Rye with the sweet, balanced flavors of rum and cognac. Released in extremely small batches, our Rye is a rare treasure that disappears all too quickly."
