On the palate are notes of medjool dates stuffed with cashew butter, cacao nib, and ground clove that transitions to vibrant notes of eucalyptus oil and burnt lemon peel with a pineapple and cinnamon skewer finish. This whisky is made with 100% Golden Promise Malted Barley and begins its maturation journey in Kentucky bourbon barrels. After 3 years it is transferred into decommissioned Sherry Solera puncheons hand-selected from various Spanish bodegas. Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
