This 2021 bottling was distilled in 1989 and rested for 30 years in a combination of sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels. This edition is matured in the legendary Bowmore No. 1 Vaults, and is selected from just two casks each year. At 45.1% ABV, and distilled in 1989, this rare single malt whisky has been gently nurtured for three decades in our finest Sherry Hogsheads and Bourbon Barrels. Defined by a rich fruity flavour, tropical and sweet with butterscotch notes, rounded by the unmistakable subtle peat smoke of Bowmore.
