Breckenridge Peach Whiskey captures the flavor of a Colorado summer by pairing mature Breckenridge Bourbon with juicy Palisade peaches grown on Colorado’s Western Slope. Created to keep the whiskey character at the center, this expression balances ripe fruit sweetness with the caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and baking-spice character of its bourbon foundation.
Every bottle begins with bourbon aged a minimum of five years. Peach juice from Palisade growers is incorporated during proofing so the fruit becomes integrated into the whiskey rather than simply sitting on top of it. A touch of sugar adds body and helps the peach character linger, while a very small amount of natural peach extract lifts the aroma.
