A hot lager, what the hell is that? Well, we had to partake in this fun. This a lager style beer that is brewed at an extremely warm temperature, like really warm, like so warm that it goes against everything traditional brewers know and love about lagers. This beer features the amazing Lemon Drop Hops and the amazing LalBrew Voss Kveik Yeast! This yeast ferments at 86-90 degrees and will ferment in 3-4 days! Yes, it's awesome! So make sure you can hold that warm temperature for fermentation.
