Busnel Calvados Fine is an apple brandy from the Pays d'Auge — the highest-ranked Calvados appellation in Normandy — aged a minimum of two years for a fresh, fruit-forward character.

Busnel is one of the leading names in Calvados, drawing on a tradition handed down since 1820. Its Calvados is built from more than 20 apple varieties grown in the Pays d'Auge, an appellation set between two rivers with soils ranging from sandy and silty to clay and chalk — each producing different apples. The varieties fall into four groups: bitter and bittersweet for tannin and complexity, sweet for fermentable sugars, and sour for freshness and acidity. The Fine is the youngest expression, aged at least two years.
