A celebration of the subtleties of smoke and perfectly balanced sweetness, Cù Bòcan is an experimental Highland Single Malt that explores innovative finishes to create whiskies full of intrigue and surprise.
Cù Bòcan whisky is made with lightly peated Scottish barley, distilled every winter at Tomatin Distillery in limited batches and matured in a variety of casks to unlock unusual flavours.
The Signature cask make-up is a combination of North American virgin oak, Oloroso sherry and refill bourbon casks.
Nose: Soft smoke, vanilla, sherry-soaked raisins and a whiff of milk chocolate.
Palate: Creamy texture with subtle spices and gentle wood smoke. Hints of coffee and leather on the back palate.
Finish: Gentle smoke carries through until the end of a medium-length finish.
