We use deficit irrigation (dry farming ) to create intensely concentrated fruit with more complexity, richness and character. Very few vineyards still use these difficult farming practices today due to the low yield, but it takes great sacrifice to make great wine. We think you will agree our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is worth the effort. Shows black and red fruits, a touch of chocolate and notes of Christmas spice on the nose. The mouthfeel is rich with blackberry pie, currents, smoked meats and hints of sagebrush.
