The name speaks to the restoration of the historic property with the imagery highlighting the special care and attention to detail of all of the hands that have worked toward creating and releasing Castle & Key’s first whiskey. With a mash bill of 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, 20% malted barley, it was aged a minimum of 3.5 years and has a nose of wildflower honey, light stone fruit, bubble gum & toasted oak transitioning to golden raisin & toast on the palate, complemented by nutmeg, ginger, & chocolate with a dry, ginger warmth on the finish
