  With advanced geometry, a three-stage cutting profile and a high number of low-angle finishing teeth, these burrs are engineered to achieve a more uniform particle size distribution and reduce the distance between modal peaks. The result is more efficient extraction, higher TDS, and a cup with fuller body, roundness, and enhanced sweetness. Iron Candy burrs are optimized to maximize sweetness and TDS in every extraction and have a lifespan up to 1000kg, depending on coffee and roast profile.
