Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Celebris Rosé is the prestige rosé cuvée of Gosset — the oldest wine house in Champagne, founded in Aÿ in 1584 — an Extra Brut rosé with notes of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and vanilla alongside floral lilac and violet, finishing with pink grapefruit.
Celebris is the prestige tier of the Gosset range. The house’s reputation for excellence starts on the vines: its champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Unlike most Champagne producers, Gosset purposely avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuvées and large-format bottles by hand. Prestige cuvées are kept in deep cellars for 5+ years before release.
