Cockburn's - Late Bottled Vintage - 750ml

A wine so elegant, sophisticated, and complex that it really is a bit magical. A real crowd pleaser meant to be shared and enjoyed. Made from a single vintage, only the ripest, juiciest, most intensely flavored grapes are selected for the winemaking process. This involves large oak vats, smaller oak barrels, and up to six years of maturation. All completely worth it, we think you’ll agree. 

The wine displays a deep-colored center with a garnet rim. Notes of cassis, red fruits, and eucalyptus lead to a hint of licorice and mouth-filling flavors of ripe, red fruit, with strawberry. Fine-grained tannins provide a satisfying spicy note, which highlights the freshness and balances the wine. LBV pairs perfectly with stronger, hard cheeses, or alternatively dark chocolate desserts such as mousse or tart. A fitting companion for after dinner conversations that stretch on long into the early hours.
