History
Cognac Park Traditional Reserve XO was initially crafted by Gaston, who mastered the work of the vines with great dedication. Once at the helm of the estate, his son took over and began the intricate processes of distillation and aging, ensuring that each generation of the Tessendier family passed down their invaluable knowledge. This legacy allowed the fourth generation to perfectly master the art of blending, earning them the title of “Creators of Cognac.” Dominic Park, a visionary of Scottish descent, discovered the Cognac region and aspired to create an exclusive Cognac that bore his name. In 1993, he and Jerome Tessendier joined forces to establish Cognac PARK. Dominic Park requested unique, tailor-made blends, leading to the creation of the first PARK range. By emphasizing fine and complex qualities, they pioneered the concept of “made to measure” cognacs, which later came to be recognized as craft cognacs, elevating the brand's prestige and commitment to quality.
