Tasting Notes: 

• Color: Crystal clear liquid, clean, and bright. It has a full body, appearing dense and slow-moving when the glass is swirled. Edges show consistent and prolonged “legs” or “tears”. All responds well to the alcohol content. Against a white background, silver reflections are visible.
• Nose: Spices, flowers, citrus, light toast... It’s difficult to define this Tequila’s great aromatic complexity in just one sentence. A deeper and more deliberate analysis reveals a fine expression of cooked agave sweetness, accompanied by notes of white flowers and even a sweet spiciness reminiscent of sweet pepper. Hints of citrus peel, olives, and a touch of vanillin can also be detected. Great complexity, prolonged persistence, and outstanding intensity.
• Palate: The first sip, before analyzing the other sensory aspects, confirms the Tequila’s density. The weight of the Tequila is felt—a closer mouth feel to oil rather than water.
