An exciting inaugural release here from Edradour No.2. There is now a second still-house on site which started distilling in 2018 and its first release is a real treat.
This 7 year old single malt was matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled at cask strength of 57.1% abv. Expect a rich and spicy expression that combines dried fruits, rich chocolate and tobacco with balanced oak. A release that represents a pivotal moment in the distillery’s story.
