Tequila el Gran Legado de Vida has been carefully prepared in its el Arenal and Regional factories, located in Jalisco, Mexico.
Cooking: Steam injected masonry oven, 3 day to cook (8 hours per day) 1 day cool down.
Extraction: 100% Mills
Fermentation: 4 days in stainless steel tanks
Distillation: Stainless steel alembic with copper coil.
Dilution: Leaves second distillation at 55% alc. vol. and is diluted to 40%
Stabilization: Stainless steel 15-30 days.
