Sourced from the cool-climate Aconcagua Valley, Errazuriz Max Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked at dawn to retain acidity. Whole-cluster pressing yields a pale must that undergoes fermentation at 14 16 °C in stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic conversion softens edges, while 20% of the wine is aged for six months in French oak barrels to contribute subtle vanilla and toast. The final blend is fined with bentonite, filtered lightly, and bottled under screwcap to capture fresh citrus and white-flower aromas.
