The world’s first Bacon Pechuga Mezcal is an ALL-WOMEN COLLABORATION between Erstwhile and the Hernández women master distillers from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Ripe mango, guava, pineapple, and bacon locally sourced in Oaxaca are the stars. Three distillations in copper alembic still. Bacon slow steamed in the still for the last two distillations, giving an amazing creamy texture to each sip.
