Garrison Brothers Distillery Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey 6 Pack is a collection of six individually selected single barrel bourbons from Texas's first legal bourbon distillery — produced below 160 proof, from a mash of at least 51% corn, matured in new white American oak barrels, in the tradition of the most time-consuming and expensive spirits to produce.

Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas was established in 2006 as the first legal bourbon distillery in the state of Texas. Single-mindedly dedicated to bourbon, the distillery adheres to all federal bourbon standards while applying Texas's unique climate to the maturation — the extreme Texas heat dramatically accelerating angel's share and wood interaction compared to Kentucky or Tennessee. Each barrel in the 6 Pack is a distinct and unrepeatable single cask selection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Texas climate affect Garrison Brothers bourbon?

Texas's extreme heat — with summer temperatures regularly exceeding 100°F — dramatically accelerates the bourbon's interaction with the new white oak barrel. The spirit expands deeper into the wood in summer heat and contracts in cooler periods, producing more concentrated oak and caramel character in fewer years than Kentucky or Tennessee maturation typically achieves.
