This Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is proudly crafted by Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas — the first legal whiskey distillery in the state, established in 2006. Aged for at least three years in new, charred American oak barrels, this bourbon develops deep character and rich flavor. The warm Texas climate speeds up the aging process, resulting in a bold, dark, and full-bodied whiskey.

Each bottle is drawn from a single, hand-picked barrel, personally selected by the Master Distiller for its unique taste. Because it’s a Single Barrel bourbon, no two bottles are exactly the same, making each one special. Typically bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV), there’s also a stronger cask-strength version for those who prefer more intensity.

The bourbon is made using a wheated mash bill of 74% Texas corn, 15% red winter wheat, and 11% malted barley — all locally sourced. Garrison Brothers uses organic Texas corn and pure Hill Country rainwater, ensuring exceptional quality from grain to glass.

Expect rich flavors of oak, cherry, apple, vanilla, caramel, and leather, balanced with smooth notes of butterscotch and baking spice. The finish is long, warm, and satisfying. Each bottle often features a custom silver label, emphasizing its hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind nature.
