From the outset of working with the GlenAllachie spirit, Master Blender Billy Walker continually expressed his desire to use our vintage stocks to craft a truly outstanding thirty year old. With this objective in mind, he has meticulously supervised the development of the slumbering whisky within each earmarked cask until optimal interaction between distillery and wood was achieved.
Bottled at cask strength of 48.9%, non-chill filtered and at natural colour, this small batch release truly showcases GlenAllachie in its purest form, the perfect unison of cask and distillery character.
A combination of eight hand-selected PX, Oloroso and virgin oak casks, Batch 3 is limited to just 2,400 bottles worldwide.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR
Deeply Rich Mahogany.
NOSE
Bursting with roasted almonds, honey and orchard fruits, with hints of worn leather and butterscotch, followed by orange zest and dark chocolate.
TASTE
Lashings of grape must, hazelnut and honeycomb, followed by citrus fruits, toffee brittle and hints of ginger spice, with cinnamon and mocha on the finish.
