Commercial Description:
Aged an average of 9 months in used bourbon barrels. Fermented using a combination of “Prise de Mousse” champagne and wild yeast. Made by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, an up and coming sensation in the Tequila world. Agave forward flavor more similar to an Anejo, full of brown spices and toasted oak.
