This is a ‘Bourbon Equivalent’ called Old Dog Corn Whisky– produced from a 68% corn, 16% wheat and 16% barley mash which, following fermentation is distilled by in Hilda, the 1000 litre pot/column hybrid still and then matured in second fill American oak casks for over three years.
