Hercules Mulligan Rum and Rye

Hercules Mulligan was created with sophisticated free thinkers in mind. The complex character was built for inquisitive palates that wish to unlock secret aromas and decipher flavors of mystery. Our inspiration was the eponymous tailor-spy of the American Revolution who plied British officers with his gift of gab and fine Spirits into giving away sensitive information, some of which saved George Washington twice. Why is he inspiring? Because he stood for something, he was brave enough to go through with it, and because without him, there would probably be no independent America.

Hercules Mulligan Rum & Rye encapsulates the clandestine and complex character with its carefully selected ingredients. American Rye Whiskeys were married with aged Caribbean Rum before they were joined by macerated fresh organic ginger from Brooklyn. To make the potion rich and audacious, we added a dash of bespoke bitters - an honest-to-God ingredient that adds the idea of a bittersweet life.
