A "Perfect" Manhattan is one made with equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, for a balanced sweet and zippy herbal element. Hoste's version uses vermouths from New York's Finger Lakes region on top of 5 year old single grain Finnish Rye Whiskey from Kyrö Distillery.
