Intipalka Quebranta Pisco

Intipalka Quebranta Pisco is produced in Peru's Ica Valley using 100% Quebranta grapes, a non-aromatic varietal that forms the foundation of traditional Peruvian pisco. The grapes are fermented into wine and distilled once in copper pot stills, following Peruvian regulations that prohibit dilution, additives, or barrel aging, allowing the spirit to retain purity and varietal expression. The warm desert climate and mineral-rich soils of the region contribute concentration and structure to the base wine prior to distillation. The resulting pisco is dry and expressive, offering notes of fresh grape, subtle citrus, and light earthiness, with a smooth texture and a clean, focused finish.
