All made possible by the Cold Extraction Process developed by JURA. In this extraction process, cold water passes through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure, pulsating at a slow rate. This allows the fruity flavors to be optimally absorbed by the water, resulting in a natural and energizing cold drink.
