For many years, the distillery made three whiskeys: a bright, flavorful corn whiskey (moonshine), a precocious high malt, pot-distilled bourbon, and a bitter dark chocolate flavored whiskey. These three are our oldest whiskeys, Kings County's "Classics" and reflect the fundamentals of our distillery: a creative spirit, an appreciation for good distillate as the cornerstone of the distillery, and a willingness to be innovative within a set tradition.
This trio also works in sequence: appertif, main course, and dessert—a taste journey that complements any great eventing. Set in a handsome wooden box made in Brooklyn by neighbors, this is a great handmade gift or works just as well as a personal indulgence.
