• Gin produced by Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel • Base of 100% pure malted barley, mashed in-house and distilled in a pot still • Milk & Honey sources juniper and botanicals from Tel Aviv’s spice market, including Origanum syriacum (Za’atar), lemon peel, orange, chamomile, lemon verbena, cinnamon, & black pepper • The base spirit is distilled twice and then the botanicals are rested in pot for 48 hours before a third and final distillation • Juniper and lemon dominate this medium-bodied gin with a silky mouthfeel and long, citrusy finish • Star-K Kosher Certified • Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV
