My great grandfather traditionally made agave spirits in the early 1900's. This craft was passed down to my grandfather and father but was lost with me.
As a child I found myslef intrigued knowing I came from a family of distillers. I was curuous and eager to learn a craft that was lost, this grew into a passion for agave spirits and lost lore tequila was born.
Lost lore is a tribute to agave, process, and family. We continue to be traditional; we use mature tequilana weber agave, cook in traditional stone/brick ovens, frement with champagne yeast/classical music and twice distill in copper pots to create a Tequila full of agave aroma and flavor.
