Vineyard and Winemaking: Our winemakers grabbed their passports and jetted off to Italy to create our delightful DOC Prosecco. Short for Denominazione di Origine Controllata, DOC is Italy’s
official designation of origin, awarded only to the highest quality wines produced in a designated region using specified methods. Made with 100% Glera grapes using the traditional Charmat method, our sparkling wine is ultra-fresh and fruity, best enjoyed young.
