Production Notes
It starts with a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality corn, matured to perfection. Each batch fits a maximum of twenty full barrels, leaving no room for "blending out" imperfections, thus necessitating excellence from every barrel.
The US 1 expressions are named in honor of MIchter's heritage, which hearkens back to America's first whiskey company. They are distilled to Master Distiller Dan McKee's exacting specification, creating some of the finest single barrel and truly small batch whiskeys available.
