The wine is made from 95-year-old Zinfandel fruit, undergoing 100% whole cluster Carbonic Maceration for 4 days in stainless steel, followed by a 12-day pressing into stainless steel. The winemaking process does not involve the use of sulfur and utilizes natural yeast fermentation.
Medium to full in body. Classic flavors of blueberry, tobacco and black pepper. This wine is dry and savory with a bright energetic finish.
