Nuova Simonelli High-Limit Safety Probe, Appia Compact & Oscar

This 167°F high-limit thermal probe is the safety cutoff that shuts down heating if boiler temperature climbs past a safe threshold, protecting the boiler and heating element from a runaway thermostat or dry-fire condition. It's UL approved and dual-rated, so one part covers both 110/115V and 220/240V machines.
