Palm Republic began with a trip to the Caribbean twenty years ago, when actor Eric Winter shared a bottle of local aged rum with his future father-in-law and got hooked — a two-decade obsession that eventually became this brand, launched in 2024 with entrepreneurs Andy Miller and Andrew Pruett, and inspired in part by Winter's wife, Puerto Rican singer-songwriter and actress Roselyn Sánchez.
