 Lost Lore Tequila — Poca Madre Limited Reposado
“Poca Madre” — Mexican slang for awesome, incredible, the best of the best. The name we chose for this pink bottle says everything.
Our second Limited Reposado release, aged in used American Oak whiskey barrels and finished in used French Oak Port wine barrels — a layered, complex profile crafted with intention.
But what makes this bottle truly special goes beyond the liquid. Poca Madre is a collaboration between five women — three from the U.S., and one from Mexico, the wife of Sergio Cruz. It is also a tribute to my mother, whom I lost to breast cancer twenty years ago.
The pink bottle was a deliberate choice — distinctly feminine, unapologetically bold. A portion of every bottle sold will be donated to a Mexican foundation dedicated to breast cancer awareness and early detection education for women.
