Commercial Description:
QuiQuiRiQui Espadin Mezcal is produced from 100% Espadín agave. It is a crystal clear, expressive mezcal. The nose hints of char grill, potpourri, tyre tube, and sappy, green wood-like notes. The palate is full bodied with earthy, vibrant, oily, smoky flavours with notes of char, white pepper, beeswax, sappy agave, and rubber. The finish is medium long.
Quiquiriqui Mezcals are all Single Estate (Palenque) handcrafted spirits produced in Mexico. Established in 2011, they partner directly with families who have been producing traditional mezcal in their communities for generations.
Their Mezcals are made to order in small batches using agave plants, picked only when fully mature, then cooked, wild fermented and distilled in alembic 350lts stills using the families time honoured traditional methods.
