Rancilio Steam Wand O-ring – Viton

Viton O-ring for the Rancilio steam wand, sealing the nut against the ball joint below the steam ball. Rancilio's stock o-ring here is EPDM; this Viton version offers better long-term heat and steam resistance in the same dimensions.

SPECIFICATIONS

• 2.62 mm thick x 11.91 mm inside diameter (OR 0115)
• FKM (Viton) construction (same spec as Nuova Simonelli S_260, made in EPDM)

COMPATIBILITY

• Fits: Rancilio and Magister steam wands, sight glasses, and the Gaggia Deco steam wand spring seat
• Replaces: Rancilio #36404001; also cross-references to Bezzera, Gaggia, Lavazza, Nuova Simonelli, RDL, Saeco, and Spaziale part numbers of the same OR 0115 spec
• Works with: group flange applications on Conti machines and a range of La Spaziale hydraulic assemblies

Quick DIY replacement, lightly lubricate before seating to avoid pinching during install.

PRO TIPS

• If your steam wand ball joint feels stiff or weeps steam at the collar even after replacing the ball seat, this o-ring, not the ball itself, is usually the actual failure point since it's the softer, more heat-exposed component.
• Because this OR 0115 size is used across many brands' hydraulics (Spaziale, Magister, Gaggia Deco, Conti group flanges), keep a couple on hand if you service mixed equipment, it's one of the most universal wear parts in the shop.
