The pallet is expansive throughout with mouth-watering flavors of black plum, mushroom, chocolate, savory hints of bay leaf and fine sweet Napa Valley fruit. The wine fills the mouth with richness, fruit, a bright acidity and just enough natural grape and oak tannin to lengthen the wine into a great lingering aftertaste.
