• Bottled in Bond straight rye whiskey distilled by New Riff in Newport, Kentucky • Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted rye, all non-GMO • Open top, sour mash fermentation • Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler • Aged a minimum of 4 years in toasted and charred oak barrels • Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery • Cinnamon, orange, and sweet toffee on the front of the palate lean into black pepper spice and notes of toasted oak before finishing with an intriguing combination of grass and vanilla buttercream • Double Gold medalist at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV Produced in accordance with America’s 1897 Bottled-in-Bond Act, New Riff Distilling’s flagship rye whiskey is composed of a 95% Rye and 5% Malted Rye mash bill, adding a twist to the Indiana-style 95% rye mash bill while displaying the grain’s next-level depth and elegance.
