The 'Hers' Vermentino comes from the Carneros AVA, known for its cool climate and morning fog, which provides the ideal conditions for growing crisp, aromatic white wines. The soils are a mix of clay and loam, contributing to the wine’s bright acidity and mineral-driven character.

The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to retain freshness and purity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit’s natural aromas and flavors. The wine undergoes a short aging process on its lees, which enhances texture and mouthfeel. The wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on lees.

The wine offers vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and subtle floral notes, complemented by a hint of minerality.
