This remarkable single-block Cabernet is crafted from Clone 31, a “Heritage Clone” known for its minuscule berries and incredibly low yields. Despite these challenges, the vines deliver fruit of extraordinary quality, producing wines renowned for their intensity and complexity. Aged exclusively in new French oak barrels from Darnajou and Taransaud, the wine embodies the vineyard’s unique terroir and meticulous craftsmanship.
