• Single malt whiskey produced by Neversink Spirits in Elmsford, New York • 100% New York-grown barley brewed and lautered at Kent Falls Brewing Company • Twice distilled in hybrid pot and column still • Aged minimum 4 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and brandy barrels • Floral and herbaceous, opening with aromas of peanut marzipan, rosewater, cucumber skin, and roasted dandelion root; earthy palate with walnut, watercress, salted caramel, and watermelon with a finish evocative of autumn and deciduous forest floor—October leaves, and wet soil • NY Farm Distillery License eligible • Non-chill filtered; 45% ABV Neversink Spirits partnered with sister brewery and The Food Cycle partner, Kent Falls Brewing Company, a traditional brewer and lauter, to produce this single malt whiskey which speaks to New York from grain to glass.
