Standard 3/8" Double Portafilter Spout
This is the most widely used double portafilter spout on the market, threading onto 3/8" female portafilter bodies with a removable cover.
COMPATIBILITY
- Fits: this spout has been used across dozens of makes and models over the decades, including Astoria CMA, Azkoyen, Bezzera, Brasilia, Cimbali, Conti, Essika, Faema (Compact, Due, Express, E61, E64, E66, E91, P4, P6), Fracino, Gaggia, Isomac, Nuova Simonelli Maccup, La Pavoni, Rancilio Epoca, San Marco, Sanremo, VFA Expres and Vibiemme. Check your portafilter's 3/8" thread before ordering to confirm fit.
INSTALLATION
Can be trickier than it looks: chrome plating thickness varies between the spout and the portafilter threads, so threading on may take more than one attempt. If it won't thread on far enough, a wrench and a firm twist (or clamping the spout in a bench vise while turning the handle) usually gets it there. If it threads on too far, PTFE tape or a gasket can set the correct depth.
