A 100% women-produced ethyl acetate decaffeinated lot from the ASOPEP producer cooperative in Tolima, Colombia. Despite the history of violence in this region, ASOPEP has, against all odds, become one of the most professional cooperatives in the region, offering consistent, world-class coffees year after year.
